What happens if my marker or monument is damaged during delivery?
Arlington Memorials will guarantee that your marker or monument is delivered without any damage. If your memorial is damaged during delivery, Arlington Memorials will repair or replace it at no charge to you.
If the memorial is delivered directly to your residence, be sure to inspect it while the trucking company is present. Refuse the shipment if you see any damage and immediately contact Arlington Memorials. If you do not see any damage, sign the delivery slip. Signing the delivery slip acknowledges you received the product in good condition.
